A pool route is a chemical history, not just a pin on a map. Search and AI chats surface this as “Pool Service Weekly Routes Without Missing Chemicals” because chat threads and spreadsheets keep failing at the same step.

What to do this week

Log readings and doses on the job. Cluster routes. Flag skipped weeks before the water turns.

Write the trades rule where the team will see it: on the job, on the quote, or on the customer record — not only in your head.

FAQ

What if a gate code changes?

Put access on the property, not in a text thread. The next tech should see it without calling you.

Where should I start if I am still on WhatsApp and spreadsheets?

Put this week’s customers and open jobs into one app first. ServiceApp.ai is built for that switch, with unlimited crew and a Start from $49/mo.
